Trouble sleeping?!


Question: im 13 years old and i have sleeping problems,its hard for me to get tired,i have alot on my mind,i tried warm milke,hot bath,meditating nothing works sometime when i am tired i still can't go to sleep,but im not atendding school right now cause the montgomery county plubic schools is abusing me (im thai but US citizen)and they say i have to pay tuition $13000 but im suing them but thats another story,is it because im not going to school and have alot on my mind and because i stay home all day doing nothing?

You're stressing, so why don't you try and take care of the stress part first, then you'll bebable to sleep better. When I stress a lot I don't sleep or eat, because it's the two things I can control in my life. Have you tried going for walks to think about things instead of doing it while you're in bed. Or write out everything that's stressing you out in a blog or in a journal. Getting outdoors into the oxygenated air will help you to sleep better. Staying in stagnate air in your home will make you feel like crap, trust me the winters here in Canada are very depressing sometimes.

I believe (as you hinted yourself) is due to stress and doing nothing during the day. My advice is to be more active physically (sports) and maybe begin home schooling until you resolve the legal stuff with the public school.
