I burnt my tongue?!
Question: I was at a Christmas party and they made Hot apple cider!
when I thought it was cool enuf I took a sip. It was still HOT as heck. It burnt my tongue. and it's been 3 days sicne, my tongue is still sore and now there r 3 little white bumps on it. What can I do to help these what I think r blisters or will they go away on their own?

lol u numpty...i once burnet my tongue on a mini pizza...my tongue was one giant blister...it was pretty much gone in a week...u'll b fine, no need for medication
i also once burnet my hand on a poptart
Put some Honey! It will be fine!
The bumps are probably inflamed taste buds. I've had that happen.
Rinse your mouth with salt water. It will toughen the bumps & help the burn heal. Also, if you can stand it, alternate with an antisceptic rinse like Lysterine, or a 50/50 peroxide & water rinse to kill the germs that might infect the burn.

you're tastes buds are probably burnt out but don't worry they'll come back like fingernails do.
