I go to bed late...?!


Question: and I sleep late, do you have any ideas on how i can get out of this habit...i feel sick when i wake up to early cause of lack of sleep.

I have this same problem.....but I have been working on it for a couple of years.....and I have found when I discipline myself to go to bed at 9:00 p.m. for at least three weeks then my body starts to feels tired at that time eventually....some good motivations to get myself to this is to list the benefits of good healthy rest....

1) look better without big bags under eyes
2)feel better when you do wake in a early morning hour
3) have more time in your DAY life to accomplish goals
4)Can have proper energy to exersize daily that helps you sleep better...

Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man healthy and wealthy and wise.

try taking some sleeping pills. It may help you get into a right habit. You can buy them at any wal greens or walmart, pretty much any grocery store.

You should try exercising later in the day so you are more tired earlier. The sooner you go to bed, the sooner you will wake up.

I am the same way. I have no reason to get up "early" since I work at 3 pm. That's why I keep the same routine. Go to bed at 6 a.m. and get up at 2 p.m. Nothing wrong with it. I get disrespected a lot but there is no reason for it. No one is better than you/me just because they get up when the sun rises.

Take some sleep pills from Doctor's advice

do you know why you sleep late. if yes alter it, try yoga exercise this makes you to control your body, so, you can sleep early.
pills are not good dont use them you might spoil yourself.

they r a very bad option... n can lead to future illness n side effects !

now... decide a time @ which u want to go to sleep(early).
make yourself free atleat an hour or so before that.
take a hot shower or a relaxing bubble bath.
listen to dome relaxing music.
dim the lights.
make d atmosphere .. perfect for a relaxing sleep.

just throw away all d tiring thoughts from ur mind... n only think relaxing thoughts n abt good things ir abt d ppl u love.
just b happy.
then maybe just b4 u go to sleep u can hav some warm milk.
n then just soundly go to sleep in ur bed... n make sure ur bed is cozy.

do you have to wake up early? I think everyone has a time of day when they're better off. I know people i can't even speak to in the morning then the afternoon they're ok.

i am a morning person myself. usually up at 5 am. i'm having real trouble sleeping tonight. it's 2 am on the eastern time.
i hope to not wake up at 5 am tomorrow.

Also, here's a thought, I used to drive past local bar at 7 am and see people in there drinking and think who drinks at 7 am. Well I found out from a friend it's the people that get off work at 6:30 am and don't have to get home right away. they have happy hours too!
