If you're looking to overdose or have convulsions, yes.

yes it is safe because aleve is a different medication than tylenol.

The only thing it might do is upset your tummy, but other than that, you will be ok. What you could do is try the tylenol, if your pain does not respond to that, then take the aleve, and maybe eat something.

I wouldn't take it after taking alieve.

You may get nauseous... how long has it been? I'd wait at least an hour or two.
