Really worried about pain!!?!
Question: Hi, about 5-10 minutes ago I started having pain on the right side of my belly, just above my knicker line, and I don't think I have a temperature but I've suddenly come over hot. I'm really worried incase it's appendicitis. Is there any way I can know for sure at home? Nobody's home and they won't be for another hour or so. Thanks so much for your help! x

You can call your Doctor's office and speak with a nurse. Sometimes they will just ask you to come in, but most of the time they will tell you whether or not you are in any immediate danger. They will ask you questions about your symptoms and advise you on what you should do, or to look for certain things as a sign to come in and be seen by the Doctor. Hope this helps...
Also, if it was appendicitis, you would probably be in a good amount of pain, so most likely, you would know.
its probabaly not appendicitis b/c you would have had pain for a while. it could be intense cramps. try taking advil and a nap and if it still hurts - call you doctor
You had appendicitis you would know it. It hurts so bad you cant stand it. Doubt you would be able to even sit up to type or move from a double-overed position.
