umm u can use a sledge hammer, but just outta curiousity... why do u want to break ur knee? are you aware that it will hurt alot? not to mention the hospital bills that will prolly make you go broke.... my advice... don't do it... nothing is that important that you have to break your knee...

My daughter had ACL surgery and was in recovery for a while . Physical Therapy trips all kinds of meds.
SHE is better NOW. But it was a PAINFUL thing.

my mum fractured her knee when she was 13 ( fell on hard mud ) shes had 3 operations on it , gettin it reset, something else cant remember what and gettin some bone filed off shes 34 and shes gettin a knee replacement because of it
