Is my hand messed up?!
Question: You know how there are those bone things that are like on the top of your fingers? I think they're called flexor tendons...?? Anyway, when I clench my hand into a fist, my flexor tendon/bone thingy in my middle finger moves to the side of my knuckle and it takes a bit of energy to push it back on top and open up my hand again. Why is this happening and is it bad??

I might have it checked out if I were you. You may have pulled a tendon, or dislocated something.
