It is not uncommon to get shoulder pains after a scoliosis operation for the first year, but after 3 years, your body should have adjusted. You should go see your doc. Something completely unrelated could be going on.

I've got miner scoliosis but i didn't get an operation. But you should go to a doctor and tell them whats the problem.
