i think your not better yet,you have to consult a doctor,or you have to take medicine for your runny and blocked nose and for your flemmy throat, drink lots of water,,,,,

You have a cold.

There is no cure, you just have to wait and see how quickly your defence system can beat it.
You can take medicine to ease the symptoms, but basically it's down to your body to deal with it.

Stay warm, eat healthily and sleep a lot. Don't strain yourself, try to stay happy and positive and most importantly, stay away from other ill people !

its true you do have a cold. a cold is a virus, and there is NO cure for viruses, you just have to wait for your body to fight it. Which may take a couple of days. Drink lots of fluids, like hot drinks, such as camomile tea and other herbal teas, drink water, have cough sweets, watch tv, rest, that sort of thing.

take a look at "covonia" im sure they have a bottle for what you have, get it at any chemist.

Get a good quality malt whiskey. take a drop before you go to bed.
it will kill off any germs in your throat and help clear your tubes.
even better, pour a drop of malt whiskey in lemsip or similar cold treatment, (not too much, just a small amount , remember you are taking a cold treatment),. and then go to bed.
you will wake up in the morning wondering what all the fuss was about.
if you are in the uk, tescos own malt whiskeys are well priced and very good quality. just the job.

Stop whining!

You should be grateful it's not Man Flu....that is serious..

Get an appointment with Dr Who and it should heal in time ;o)
