slept on your head

Don't move it!

YOU HAVE THE BIRD FLU

it could be anything... did you hurt urself, or sleep badly etc?
if it does not go away, or hurts very bad and you have any other symptoms, see a doctore

try to massage it... maybe take a pain killer... you prolly slept on it wrong...

Is this the
Doctor it hurts when I do this.. joke?

Taking tylenol or ibuprofen on a regular basis, applying heat intermittently to the area and after the heat, gentle stretching of this muscle. Expect it to take 2-3 days before it feels better.

try ice and an anti inflammatory like motrin or naproxin. See your doc or go to the ER if it doesn't get better or if you really can't stand the pain.

my suggesting to you would be to go to a chiropractor i go to 1 and t gives me relief it wont change in 1 visit it will take a few but it will make you feel better.

Stay very, very, still.

Stop playing so much on the computer. You probably have bad posture and have your screen too low or high. When you look straight ahead you should be able to see the top of your screen.

Go to a phyisco or doctor.

It may have got sprained. Use a pain reliever spray on that area. Take rest and do move your head jerkily. Even if it doesn't get better within two days, then go to a doctor or get a massage. Take care.
