Might someone know answer to this medical question?!

Question: Salt is causing my feet to swell. Is there natural compound one can take to neutralize salt in one's system? Get enough in my system from walking outdoors in winter months to cause feet to swell, depending on how much salt is used on sidewalk and roads. Will explore getting face mask if necessary, but looking for easier solution.

drink more water... it will flush out the extra salt out of your blood,

I take diuretics for mine. I found that they work a lot better on an empty stomach.

First of all, I would recommend consulting with a physician when you have a medical condition that is concerning you. Do not necessarily trust the medical advice that someone has given you over answers.yahoo.com.

There are many reasons why someone's feet may swell. The condition it sounds like you are describing is called edema, which is an accumulation of fluid outside of the vasculature and outside of cells, in the interstitial space. Many things can cause this. Venous stasis for many different reasons and is common can cause this and most often it not of real concern. However, lower extremity edema can also be a symptom of heart failure where your heart can't pump efficiently enough and blood backs up into the venous system. It is highly unlikely that is the cause of what you are experiencing since if that were the case you would probably have tons of other symptoms.

My point is, that it would be worth evaluating any new symptom with a doctor so you can make sure you stay healthy!

Best of luck
