I got stabbed in the eye and it still hurts?!
Question: Over a month ago I got hit in the eye with a hanger (like stabbed)
well it still hurts. I get a sharp pain randomly and then when I am tired it throbs really really really bad. My vision in my left eye (the eye that got hit) is slightly blurrier than the right...
what can i do besides see a doctor? it is almost christmas and i am going out of the country so i need something i can do at home untill i get back and am able to see a doctor

ya, um, this is possibly major damage to something that does NOT regenerate ... your sight is a one-time deal ... give in and see a doc ... otherwise, get plain saline, rinse it often, wear an eye-patch, and see a doc when you get back ... you do risk your permanent vision the longer you wait ...
view your eye close up in a mirror to see if there is any visible damage, there will be no way to fix it. Maybe you should email a doctor
Sorry, you have to see the doctor. Try the emergency. Sorry but you really should have it checked out.
Why didnt you go to the doctor when it happened? If you have any eye injury its best to have it checked immediately to avoid any problems. I think you may have ruined your chances of having normalcy in that eye by delaying seeing a doctor. But you still should go now and have it checked.
i would wear an eye patch and take painkillers (i possible).
PLEASE GO TO EMER.ROOM AND HAVE IT CHECKED
