I really hurt my arm.?!


Question: I did a pretty stupid thing (lifting dumbbells till i couldnt lift anymore) Now i cant fully extend my arm and it always feel sore. Can somebody give me a useful product or technique to get rid of it. I dont know whether to heat it up or col it cause i fear it will make it worse :'(

don't lift weights like that just do 10 rep 3 times a day! then work on another muscles.

thts normal, wait for ur muscles to cool down, it usually does tht even if u lift 5 pound dumbells for a long time... but not as bad

That is normal. This is due to the fact that the excess production of lactic acid from the muscle. Just decrease the level of the exercise and have any kind of over the counter medication like Naproxen, or Ibuprofen after meal. It will resolve after 2 to 5 days
