Odd Twitch?!

Question: Sometimes, even when standing around doing nothing, I get this "twitch" thing. I suddenly get real cold (goosebumps) and my left shoulder elevates up two times, very fast. Is this a weird twitch or something else? Is there anything I can do about it?

OMG ! the same thing happens to me. i don't really know what it is, and when i was younger, i thought i had a ghost or something following me. But I know its very common, and you have nothing to worry about, your not alone =]
