How long does a bruised knee take to heal if you hit it on concrete?!
Question: I was wearing pants that were long at my feet and my dogs were in the way and I tripped on my pants and hit my knee on our floor(its concrete right now cause we are going to put carpet or tile down.)

Depending what all u did to it..
if u didn't damage anything.. then about 3-4 weeks.. but each day it should be better..
if not .. consult Ur Dr.. for ex rays

it's gonna take as longa s like 1 or 2 weeks ,it's the same thing as with anything else
bone bruises, depending severity can take 4 weeks to heal.
Because you whacked your knee, which gets so much movement, it is going to hurt for a couple of weeks.
things to watch for: redness, swelling, or if your pain level does not decrease after the first week. Take aspirin or Tylenol regularly for pain management. Aspirin also has a slight anti-inflammatory effect which might help.
...and tell your dogs they shouldn't try to help so much.
