Shoulder pain! what to do?!


Question: my shoulder has been hurting a lot since i took a nap yesterday, and i think i slept on it weird, so last night i even slept on the other side, but now it still hurts i can barely move it

In the morning when you shower, run the hottest water you can tolerate on the shoulder for a couple of minutes every day until the shoulder loosens up. While running the water, try moving your arm into various positions to give the shoulder a good stretch.

To keep the shoulder muscles warm, rub Lakota into the muscle.

When you are lounging, watching T.V., massage it deeply with your good arm and finish with an ice pack.

If you enjoy hot baths, add 4 cups of epsom salts to the hot bath water. It is EXCELLENT for soothing sore muscles. I use this method after a long hard day of cycling. Works every time.

just get a massage or if you can't then just put some ice on it. Ice is the #1 temporary pain killer!
