You could get some diseases from it if that other person had any. Viruses can spread from that too. Other reasons is because that is kind of gross......

Bodily secretions can spread disease. And sharing underwear is unsanitary. And yes, kind of gross.
It can spread disease but wash them if do end up sharing them before and after.
