You should go see a doctor. With the feet having more nerves and bones than any other part of the body, it could be anything from a broken blood vessel, to a fractured bone. But, either way, you need to get it lookded at ASAP!
your suppose to go to the hospital for something like that, unless your pregant that usual for preganant women. otherwise when you go to the doctor they'll determine if you need sugery or not.

I had the problem that the nail was growing into my toe and after some painful months I went for a surgery last month.
It was not that bad as expected and now I feel much better.
You should go to a doctor because it is finally better to go early than late.
I don't know about surgery but you should definitely see a doctor. They'll tell you what the problem may be... if there is one.
