No not safe for anyone. Manmade chemical sweetener. Use organic sugar and use less. Artificial sweeteners make you crave more food and could cause headaches.

No, artificial sugar is a man-made product that goes right through our bodies. If you ever drink 6 diet soda and 30 min. late wonder why you might need an adult diapers. It is because of the sugar, our bodies don't know how to process them and want to get rid of them. We natural don't like sugar, sounds weird but stick a teaspoon of sugar in a babies mouth and they want to spit it out. Another fact about artificial sugar, straight up it is equal to the amount of acid in a lemon which will burn a hole in the stomach. Don't believe me stick a small rock in water with 5 packets of Equal change it every day for 5 days, the rock should become soft or completely dissolved. (this doesn't work on all rocks, just igneous)

These are not safe for anyone, especially a child!!! Why would you want to introduce these? If you have a diabetic child, try something natural like stevia or xylitol. NEVER, ever artificial stuff - it's poison!

I don't think any of them are really healthy for anyone. When I use only artificial sweeteners, I get really bad headaches.
peace
