My left arm is swollen?!


Question: lower part of the triceps and a lil bit under the elbow..
i just worked out yesterday and waited an hour befor going to bed.. I woke up this morning and i didn't felt that it was swollen , then i started noticing that it bounces when i run or go down the stairs, i checked looking at the mirror then i saw the difference between the two arms IT IS swollen, ist it a bad sleep position, cardiac prob "no history of that", or an insect bite "No mark on my skin whatsoever i checked closely"
oh i'm 28 ..no itching no pain

If you want to wait for a while before taking it to the doc, I would put ice and heat on it, 20min each for about an hour. Take an anti-inflammatory for it, like motrin, or you can take 3 asprin. I would say if it gets worse, or continues for more than a few days, I would take it to the doctors.

i would say that instead of seeking help form a bunch of strangers on the internet who have nothing beter to do at 1:00 am on christmas eve, you should go see a doctor.

Put a band aid on it and if it doesn't help, then it needs to be amputated.
Or you can see a doctor and get a real answer.

You could of strained a muscle or pulled something. I would take an anti-inflammatory like Tylenol or Motrin. And, see if the swelling goes down some. If its not better by Wednesday -call your doctors office.

May be you are working out the wrong way .. Just try working out only on the other arm for a day or two and notice.. the difference .... if its the same then try to sleep just lying on the other arm... or try pressing the swollen part or massage it for a while.... and se the diffrence

You might want to resume using your other arm instead or getting a girlfriend.
