It's the physical demands of being on a computer. Every 30 minutes or so do some wrist stretching exercises. This will minimize pain, and strengthen your wrist to prevent carpel tunnel syndrome. Use the link below to see how to do them properly.

mine too.. carpal tunnel syndrome

You are not in a good position to use the computer. your chair You are aasking for an injury!

its called carpel tunnel... quit looking at porn

try shaking your hands for quite sometimes so it wouldnt have the pain.. no it's no weird your hand is just feeling numb

try masturbating with your LEFT hand for a while

sounds like your workstation isn't set up properly - I get pain in my right shoulder if I use the pc for a long time and I am not sitting properly when I do so.

Try a search for "work station assessments" for some info on the best set up. You can also try changing your mouse (I now have one that is built into a keyboard holder in work so that it is directly in front of me rather than having to stretch my arm out) and reduce the amount of time you spend at the pc too.

I also found that physiotherapy was excellent. See your GP.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Had this in both hands and had to have surgery. This was due to typing for many years.

Comes from repetitive motion.

You can wear a hand brace, but can catch up with you.
See your doctor, unless you wait for it to get worse.
This can become very painful.
