Answers: I mean people say the normal time for sleep is from around 11 PM till 6-7 AM.

If this is the way you sleep every or most nights due to your work schedule, then it is normal. If you go to sleep and wake up at all different times, it will mess up your body clock, and some people find it hard to function. Doctors suggest that you do go to bed and wake up around the same time so your body adjusts.

I think you will survive the ordeal.

No it wont affect your health at all.

Shouldn't be a problem. You are still getting an adequate amount of sleep. It shouldn't throw off your circadian rhythm since you are still going to sleep when it's dark and getting up when it's light.

You don't say how old you are but if you are a teen, this may be your normal circadian rhythm.

It depends on where you are living too. If you live in an area that starts getting noisy as the day dawns, it would obviously give you lesser quality sleep for that part of the period. But if you live in a very quiet area and if this is your normal routine most of the days, it shouldn't affect you adversely.

It's the same amount of sleep, I wouldn't worry about it. I usually sleep from 11 until 8, but I work out so I get tired easier. I highly doubt it will affect your health

everyone has different sleep patterns sleep like you want its your life.

Nothing in this world is normal any more. That's 8 & 1/2 hours of sleep which is a good average for health purposes. Is this time schedule interfering with anything important in your life? What is your work life like? Take in to account your lifestyle. Are people jealous that you can do this? Sounds ok to me. I have a part-time business and I stay up til 2 or 3 am working some nights, but not every night. Tell people to mind their own business.

The only thing that matters is that you are awake and active during an adequate amount of sunlight hours. As long as you see at least four hours of sunlight each day, you should be fine. Just don't let the times vary too much.

7 to 8 hours of sleep per day is healthy and normal no matter what time it is that you sleep.
