Why do I get really sick when on a train, dizzy and nauseous?!
Question: Buy medications, they have them at CVS etc, u can ask somebody to help you point them out....
Also, it's psychological, motion sickness happens because your body is moving w the train and ur mind knows this but if u have ur eyes closed or u are looking ahead of u at a still object ur mind thinks at the same time ur not moving. . . gets confused is a simple way of putting it which makes u feel sick.
thats why its not good to read when u are on a train or a car etc. cuz the book doesnt move and makes ur mind think u are not moving when ur body is.
so when u are on the train or the bus etc, keep looking out the window so you can balance this out.
