Why Do I Feel Good?!
Question: After crashing on black ice today. I was on abend, hit black ice and came off. Only some grazes and a bit sore on the thigh. But why does this make me feel good? Strange dont you think?

Sometimes pain can release endorphins into the body. Endorphins promote a sense of well-being. It is just temporary. This is why some people self-mutilate for the temporary "high" it gives them.
