Anyone taking Neurontin.what is it used for?!

Question: if you haven't started taking neurontin yet I would find another medication as lots of people have gotton ill from the use of neurotin. I stopped it as I was feeling horrible on it. Google neurontin on the web and you will see pfizer is in hot water and there are many lawsuits out becuase of neurontin. this is one of drugs that are considered dangerous drugs. lawyers are suing pfizer and asking patients who suffered any problems to come forward and the lawyers will get you money back on damages to your body from neurontin.

I believe it can be used to treat epilepsy and people who suffer from nerve pain like you get from shingles.

It's a medication for people who have seizures or epilepsy. It controls seizures. Can also be used as a mood stabilizer in psychiatric disorders.

I took it for a while...for bipolar. It also treats seizures and stuff

Neurontin is a seizure medication, however it has been recently found to be helpful to people who suffer from leg pain ( at night) due to sciatica. I used it and it puts you to sleep (depending on dosage) It generally starts working after about 1 wk of use. Older people are given it for use during the day as well. They usually suffer from spinal stenosis. Hope this answers you question

Neurontin is used for several disorders. It is an anti-seizure drug and it is widely used now for neurological problems.
I have scoliosis, stenosis of the spine and spondylosis in the cervical spine. I have chronic pain and have had two spinal surgeries and will have two more in January. I take 300 mg. Neurontin 3 times a day which gives me some relief from the neurological pain. I thought about two years ago that I didn't see any benefit from the medication so I stopped for three months. I was quick to tell my spine surgeon that I was wrong and I did need it!

This is listed as an anti-convulsant. It is used for seizures, tremors from multiple sclerosis, nerve pain, biploar disorder, and for the prevention of migranes. You can consult almost any drug index. Such as a merck manual, or The Pill Book, or check out web md
