Headache remedies please!??!

Question: Have someone check out this site for you
www.webmd.com

It depends on the type of headache you are experiencing. If the headache last longer than 24hours without relief then you really should see a doctor.
But, a sinus headache is best relieved by sinus meds, sudifed.
Alot of headaches can be relieved by caffeine, aspirin and ibuprofen combined, AKA Excedrin Migraine.)

Try laying down in a dark quiet space with a cold pack on your head, and a hot cloth on you neck, then alternate them every 15 min.. Take a long hot shower, letting the water hit you head for a while.

If that doesn't work, go to the Emergency Room, you could be having a stroke.

chamomile and peppermint tea mixed

chocolate bar! Seriously it works!

take some advil and make sure to drink alot of water. most of the time headaches are from being dehydrated.

honey, water, apple cider, heating pads, sleep

hm..try drinking isotonic drinks..like 100 Plus

if you suffer from migraine, get a prescription from your doctor

I take my medication with coffee. So, if you are looking for natural, try strong coffee and a cold compress.

Tea's help me out a lot, and also if you can, not getting up, so try to lay down.
My boyfriend told me to massage the skin between my thumb and index finger. For me it was a temporary relief, as wierd as it may sound.

Some aspirin, rest in a darkened, well ventilated room or a walk in the fresh air

Excedrin. Only over the counter medicine that works for me.

It depends on the type of headache, but if you have a severe headache, I always use Excedrin. It has a combination of aspirin and caffeine with acetaminophen. You have to make sure you are not allergic to any of the compounds in it. If you have a minor headache, niacin usually helps and is a natural compound. Good luck.

caffeine works great

Depending on the cause of your headache:

1. stress - try to de-stress, eg some light exercise, meditation, or even walking to clear the head
2. tension headache - take paracetamol
3. unknown cause - see a doctor

Some people can sleep off a headache. Dehydration gives you headache as well, so drink plenty of water.

i use solpadol...instant fix,,,if not...paracetemol..or go in a queit corner,till it goes away..mary.c.

Excedrin works best. Caffeine is second best.

Excedrin, lay down in a dark quiet, cool room and sleep.

i place a cool pack on my head and that usually works...and i'll take a bc powder w/ a coke..that's a fast fix

paracetamol....
