When I run I always get a stich in my side, what can I do to prevent this?!

It could be a build up of lactic acid from taking in too much oxygen and not exhaling enough. So, when you are running, pay close attention to your breathing pattern, and consciously think about deflating your lungs by exhaling thoroughly.

Also, make sure you stay well-hydrated.

you need to stretch before running to warm your muscles up.
