Why do i sometimes pee if i laugh too hard?!
Question: i know this question is quite gross, but i am tired of it happening. i am already 15.
i laugh a lot and very often. and sometimes when i laugh too hard, i will just pee. sometimes, its a few drops. other times, it is really quite a lot.
is there any way to stop this? sometimes when i 'leak', i just try to hold it in. is it bad for health?

I agree with the above, stress incontinence sounds like the culprit. You can do kegels which are basically just exercises that strengthen your muscles. Practice by stopping your urine when you are peeing, thats the muscle you use to do them. After you've figured out how to do it...do it when you are in bed or at school ...you can really do them anywhere.

Do the kegel exercise, it will strengthen your pelvic muscle.
sounds like stress incontinence, try doing pelvic floor exercises to improve your pelvic floor, which should help with the problem
This is because when you laugh you use your nerves. You have nerves in your you know body and the part as soon as you laugh you want to pee.
