OK Really Gross...?!
Question: Ok this has never happened to me before. But the past 6 or 7 times I have pooped (about 2 weeks) I bleed after I poop. When I wipe its all blood no poo. Not a ton of blood but enough to fill the paper.
I dont have hemeroidds and i dont strain when I poop. I also sometimes get stomach cramps when i have to go poo. Sorry for the gross question but I wanna know if it is serious or not.

go to the doctor. it could be something simple like hemeroids which will go away on their own and you can self treat with over the counter creams , or something more serious such as bleeding ulcers that will need a doctor to treat.
I would assume that is something to worry about. Internal bleeding maybe?
you should get it checked out. it may be nothing serious, but better safe than sorry.
are you sure this may not be your period, you may wipe close enough to your groin were the blood catches onto the toilet paper...
You may have an anal fissure. You may want to increase the amount of fiber in your diet to see if this makes a differences. Sometimes just having oatmeal or bran cereal for breakfast might do the trick. In the meantime you might want to try using dabbing with Tuck Pads and then apply either cortisone cream or A&D Ointment on the sensitive area of your rectum after each bowel movement. If this does not help after a few days then I would advice you to talk to you doctor. I hope this help you.
this is hemmoriods... i have the same problem and didnt think i did and told the gyn what was going on ..and she did an internal check and sure enough you have hemmoroids on both inside and outside of your bottom...so get it checked..thank goodness she gave me a cream to apply and they went away b.c they were small...but that is how i noticed something was going on...cause i would bleed a tiny bit..not much...when i used the bathroom...check it out...good luck...

its an anal fissure, or sumthn i know cause ya its nasty but i was born wit a tag on my *** lol so im more prone to anal fissures and sumtimes hemroids can b like on the inside so u cant rly c it. dont worry, u just need to eat foods that will make ur stools softer for a couple days till it goes away, woo for bloody ****
