Urge to move foot?!

Question: I keep on getting the urge to move my foot. Its my right one.

I am pretty sure it is (RLS) Restless Leg Syndrome it is a condition that just makes you feel like moving your leg or foot. Its something you can't control also you xan take medication for it although it is highly that treatment is required because it will not affect w/ your daily life and it is something that you can live with or without, (depending on the person) or not do anything about it just like millions of Americans . In my case i would talk to my doctor and find out if it really is RLS ya know?
