I use Ben Gay ointment for most all my pains, it has worked on the neck a lot of times. You get many pains when you reach our ancient age and Ben Gay has been my friend over the years. It works on legs, arms, back, neck, now am using it for lower rib cage pain. It has been around for many years, I remember my father used it for his arthritis years ago. Now comes in two great flavors menthol and regular. I prefer the regular, I call it my old person perfume.
