Answers: I have to get at least 10 to function.

I get to 6/7 hours a night.

Kisses.

Usually about 6, if I am lucky I get 7-8. Wow, 10 to function huh? My advise, don't ever have kids...........

i only need 6 to funtion on,

I get 4 to 6 hrs a night

A lot of nights I get less than 5 hrs sleep and even then I usually wake up around 1:30..will go out and take my dog and sit on patio for a bit, go back to sleep then wake up any where from 3:00 to 5:00. Bad habit have gotten in past few months that can't seem to break and yes, am exhausted.
Every now and then by a weekend day I will crash the whole day and not do anything but nap off and on..
I work also a lot of days 10 hr days with not much break during that time..depends on how busy we are..med field and I go in 6 days a week with 1/2 day off mid week. So its not like I am sleeping too much during the day.

about a 11 hours of sleep when I am not in school!!!!

everybody is different. some people like my self do better on less sleep. usally 4-6 hours is best for me.

Hi, a normal person needs atleast 7 to 8 hrs of undisturbed sleep every night, if he or she does not sleep for 7 hrs then the following day will be dull due to lack of sleep. some persons sleep very less even 4 to 5 hrs sleep gives them complete rest and they are ready for the next day.

i sleep only 4 - 5 hrs every night, due to work pressures, but i try to take a nap in the afternoon for 1 - 2 hrs, so that i become fresh and can focus on my work without any difficulty.

I am pregnant right now, so I usually get about 8 or 9. If my 5 year old is at Pre-K, or my husband is home to watch her, I will sleep as long as I can, That can sometimes mean 11 or 12 hours. I love to sleep, and feel about the same as you, with out those long hours of sleep, I am just about worthless.

usually 8-9 hours....but 4-5 hrs a night is usually enough??
