Vertigo anyone? Got a nasty case...?!

Question: What can I do to help it? On a steroid to get rid of it. Also taking anti-dizzy med, OTC. Going crazy. Have to fly in a few days, and want it gone... This is the second time having it in my entire life. First time was given steroid and was gone in a few days. Have been on steroid for almost 3 days and not getting much better.

You definitely have my sympathy! Vertigo is a problem that lies deep in the inner ear. Vertigo occurs when tiny bone crystals break off within the ear. The particles then float around in the fluid in your ear. It's when they float around that you get all tipsy. You can try lying completely motionless on either side, and let the particles try to re-embed themselves. You could go to your doctor and tell him the problem. Valium for whatever reason works really good. Or ,go to the ear doctor and let him try a few things.
Good luck my friend

MECLIZINE is used to treat Vertigo

Ask your doc about anti-biotics, usually these symptoms are from an inner ear infection.
peace
