Okay here's the recipe,

you need a cup of hot water (boiled not from hot water tap)

A lemon (or two)

Real honey ( the runny honey is fine but personal taste really)

squeeze the lemon juice into the hot water, then add a tablespoon (not a teaspoon) of honey into the hot water, stir until the honey has melted and then drink (be careful not to burn yourself)

you can also get a basin/large bowl, put some Vicks vapour rubinto some boiling water in the basin/large bowl put head over the basin, and a towel over your head should sort you out

hope this helps take care

hey thats soo cool i lost mine too! lol. what i did was i drank alot of tea w/ honey and lemon, and i made sure to not talk as much as i usually do, and have alot of cough drops. it worked really well.

eat a spoonful of peanut butter every 2 hours.

Get some fresh ginger root, peel it and slice it up, boil it in about 16 oz of water then drink it with honey and lemon.

Not only is it good for you, it tastes great.

Avoid OTC stuff. They only treat the symptoms temporarily.

Warm Tea With Honey
COUGH DROPS
Rest ALOT
Drink fluids - Water
Hot Showers
Humidifier (sp?)

Don't use it unless you absolutely need to, and try taking honey...not only does it soothe your throat, but it's yummy too! Gargle with salt water, and use lozenges if necessary.

Drink a lot of tea
Rest, gargle salt water
Eat cough drops constantly
Breathe in hot steam through your mouth,
if it's phlegmy, then put lemon in water and drink that,
it helps clear your throat.
