What could be wrong when my fingers and toes fall asleep alot and i get that wei!

Question: It could be a simple matter of the way you are sitting. Are you sitting for long periods of time? Are you always leaning on your elbows, or sitting cross-legged? Do you sit on one leg or the other? Do you hunch over your computer? It's probably an issue of posture. Try correcting the way you stand and sit.

However, if this problem has been going on for a while and has been consistent or continuous, I can think of three medical possibilities and none of them should be ignored.

1) Possible circulatory problems. Do you have a problem with bruising as well?

2) Weird tingling? Do you eat a lot of sweets and does the falling asleep and tingling start shortly after eating sweets? Do you get the sensation of "pin pricks" that go from mild to painful? Have your blood sugar tested. A1c test would be advisable.

3) Is your neck sore? You might need a chiropractor.

If simply correcting your posture doesn't give you relief, go to the doctor. Remember that even a board certified physician CANNOT diagnose you over the internet. Do not solicit advise from everyone else as a way of avoiding a doctor visit. You only have one body. If there is a problem, the earlier you see a doctor the better the outcome. If there isn't a problem, you'll have the reassurance from someone who really knows.

Take care. :)

Need a little more information for that one, but generally it has to do with circulation. Snd more info.
Charlie c.

it could be bad circulation

It could be a circulatory problem, or diabetic neuropathy, or a variety of other health issues. Your doctor can run blood work to identify the problem. Have you had your blood sugar tested recently?
