Question: i triped the over day walkig and my ankle swelled up as big as a tennis ball and my freind hat to hold me up becuase couldnt walk on it and it is so pain full (AND IM SCARED OFF HOSPITALS) ive never had pain like it before its really hot and i cant move it pleaze help me

Put an ice pack on it and lay down with your foot propped up above your heart. Take an antiinflammatory like naproxen or ibuprofen. If its not better in three days it may be time to get over your fear.
Suck it up and go to the hospital!
umm...go to the hospital and get over it dude. ur bone could get screwed up and not heal correctly and then you're going to walk like an idiot for the rest of your life. you need to get that checked out. good luck.

You didn't say how many days ago you did this... The "other day" doesn't tell us how long it's been. To keep your cost down, you can wait till morning, but since you apparently didn't do the needed first aid the day it occurred, and it's so badly swollen and HOT, you need to go to either:
1- your doctor
2- a walk in clinic
3- the ER
I really don't care how scared you are. If it's infected and you don't go to a doctor soon, you could end up losing a foot or your life.
If, in addition to being hot, you have RED LINES projecting out from the injury site, then go tonight to the ER.
