Why does it feel like im about to die when I sleep?!
Question: Lately when I try to fall asleep and at that midpoint it makes heartbeat fast when I close my eyes and about to enter R.E.M that feels if I close my eyes I wont wake up. Its been happening the last couple of weeks. Like Im afraid to sleep. Is some kind of gas or something in my house. I wish I can it explain it better. But it just weird

Its stress. You are worrying too much
maybe your just freaking yourself out, worried that you might never wake up, just relax ...but if your having heart or breathing problems, id go see your doctor
It might be sleep apnea you could go to a sleep center at a hospital and have it checked out
