No you arent losing your hearing. You probably have a sinus infection which can put pressure on the eustachian tube that leads to your ear. Its normal and your hearing will get better as your cold gets better. If you feel pain inside your ear..that could be an ear infection...see a doctor if you feel worse. For now, it seems like a sinus infection.
No, you probably have fluid behind your ears which is common if you have had a cold, it may take some time but that should go away as the cold goes away
