Toenail problems?!

Question: on the fifth I was at the hospital and I opened a VERY heavy door on my toe. the tail nail partially tore up and there was quite a bit of bleeding...when I got home I soaked it in warm water with epsom salt and put on a padded 'toe bandage' today it looked as if it had healed which suprised me so I went to clip my nail and it pretty much came off except the part by the cuticle...I'm soaking it now in warm epsom salted water now....anything else I should do? should i let it come off on it's own?

I had a heavy door open on my foot the same way and my big toenail was mostly ripped off of my foot. Excruciating!

Clip it the rest of the way off if you can do so without injuring yourself. Snagging it on something and having it ripped off would do a lot more damage otherwise. Best to take the matter into your own hands than to have it ripped off by a carpet snag or something.

Hit it up the toe with some bactine or some other first aid spray after you finish taking the nail off.

You should get a pedicure, like the fake nail will look OK but the real one should grow long enough.

reading ur question was gross
anyways.........idk
go to the doctor
lol
where it all started and have it checked out
u know
bla bla bla
