i get that all the time when i stand up.
i blacked out once and callapsed. went doctors and they said its nothing..
soo go to the doctors, they will send you for a bloodtest. and go from there.
it still happens to me so sorry i dont think there is an answer unless your blood test shows something lol

It could be low blood pressure. Or you could be getting sick. If it keeps happening see your doctor.

Are you drinking enough water? try drinking more, maybe it will go away.

Or maybe you have an iron deficiency.. take some supplements for it.

I'd just go see a doctor though, it's probably nothing serious that can be helped easily.

Does it only happen when you stand up? If so, you're getting up too quickly probably because of low blood pressure. (Which isn't a bad thing. Unless it gets too low.) So if you start getting dizzy often, your blood pressure may be TOO low. Then you would want to see a doctor. You may be anemic also.

You can always get your BP taken for free at any fire station. It'll be much more accurate than those machines that they have at drug stores. And they're very nice about it too.

So if you keep getting dizzy, either stop at a fire station, or make an appt. with your doctor. Btw, normal blood pressure is 120 over 80. Anything under 100 over 60 is too low.

I wish you the best of luck. Take care of yourself. :)
