Exercising?!

Question: ok so tonight i decided to do a few exercises.
my choice: i did squats.i don't know if that is
the real name but i did 200 squats.you know
like if you squat down to talk to a small child.
trust me that is way harder than you think.if you
don't believe me go do about 20+.
anyway so now it feels like my legs have no bones!
or something..!
when i walk if i'm not paying too close attention
my legs just give out!it is the strangest feeling...
i mean i feel like a baby when it's first
starting to walk and they're all wabbly.
so my question is,

how can i get rid of this???

[oh yea i'll feel that in the morning...]

you have to wait. that means you havent exersied those muscles in a while!! that is a good sign. u should keep doing it, that will make your muscles get used to it!!but for the first few days just take a pain reliever!!

aleve and plenty of stretching. you've went into muscle failure. don't overdo it!

you just have to wait. it will take time for it to stop hurting completely. 200 squats is a lot. so i would suggest you do not so many next time. or break it up during the day.

The only way to get rid of it is rest and lots of stretching. Always stretch well before and after excercise it will help you muscles heal faster.

whenever that happens to me.. i just massage my legs a bit with some icy hot or something and then try walking around a bit..

hope that helps youu =)

You just muscle fatigued your legs. They'll recover but they may be even more sore tomorrow. Don't be surprised. Do some walking and stretching in the next couple of days. Email me and I'll tell you more.

see your doc and then call me I will give you fit for life program

drink water with some baking soda to help get rid of the burn and if you have any witch hazel put it on your muscles for the soreness

just rub your legs and put ice on them

i work out a lot, and one thing that helps is to a) eat protein and drink water b) relax in the tub and c) try not to walk much, just relax. Your muscles are recovering from the strenuous workout and it will take them a while to recover, especially if it's your first time or close to it....it'll get better as you work out more and get in better shape, if you do it right

First off if your just starting out that is way too much, you don't want to over do it, you want to get use to it first, try 30 a day for a week, then start adding more, there are a lot of good exercises for legs and one of my favorites is Galad, I bought his tapes and lost 55 lbs "smiles"

SPEND, ABOUT TWO HOURS, ON EXERCISES, IN YOUNG AGE......

you keep on exercising that is just your body's way of telling you that you are using muscles that you haven't used in awhile so keep up the exercising it is great for you.

You probably just overworked yourself. If you soak in a hot bath and just relax for a few days, you should feel better. If the specific spots are aching use some icy-hot or other things of that nature. But if it continues, make sure you go to the doctor. You could have a tear you don't know about.

Maby stretch or massage your legs, maby will help.

this happen 2 me b4! usually i get tha absorbine jr. and rub it on my weak spots then i walk around tha house get it a little stronger thiz helped some timez but in bout 2 weeks (estimated guess) it waz gone!!! but if my advice dont work on u then ill jux try 2 keep on walkin' hope youll get betta soon!
