Cold for 24 hours, then hot and cold. Don't rush her. If she can move some, and if the pain is decreasing, rest is probably best. I certainly would not want 911 called for me, but we need to defer to the victim. Avoid pain medicine if possible, the stuff is poison. have her drink more water if she can, because the body needs to clean up some stuff, and dehydration is not good.

Instead of asking strangers on a website pick up the phone and call 911

There are so many things that could be wrong. Your best bet is to take her to a Chiropractor. If there is swelling, ice is good. If no swelling, ice and heat (ten minutes ice, five minutes heat, then ice again). If swelling, no heat! Really, she should go to a chiropractor.

yes ice it alot and give her some pain medicine like tylenol or asprin. And then if she is still in pain call a doctor she may need to get x-rays done to see if any things broken

Ice is best to use for the 1st 24 hrs. Now if her pain is continuing she could have damaged her spine and should see a Dr. right away. ( go to the ER if she can't get into her local Dr.) She could have damaged a disc etc. Use some advil or motrin for the inflammation in her spine. keep a close eye on this.

Call 911

Just for information that you might need the number is

911

Don't take chances. Taker her to the ER or call 911. If you don't act right away, she may damgae it even worse.

i would go to the er or her doctor. if she damaged her back she might not know it without an x-ray. and it could get worse

Go to the doctor

no chiropractors

no ice packs

go to the doctor
