Need help with a medical diagnosis?!?!
Question: I woke up this morning with a bad case of pachyderma. At first i thought "oh dear! I've got dropsy again!" as i do have a past history of this disease, but after applying much leeches and various modes of blood letting, the pachyderma is not letting up, and only but an hour ago a had a fit of the St. Vitus Dance. I've also noticed some signs of Scrumpox and Scotomy. My nursemaid said it could be quinsy, but I think she's daft! My guess is its a case of the Lues...any other suggestions???

pray that it wouldn't be a case of sarcoma botryoides or something like hemiballismus
or worse, an infection with wuchereria bancrofti
