Sounds like swollen lymph nodes. You are prob sick or getting sick.

They could be just cysts. But you might want to get them checked out. Cysts can grow larger if not taken care of soon.

Go to the doctor. I know people that had lumps. What you have there is a stress bump. IF you have too much stress you need to calm down, drink water or tea and rest alot.
OR you might just be that you have 2 adams apple lol. OR maybe someone socked you in the face and everytime you talk or move around it moves along with you

I had that and it ended up being a bad lymphoid infection, it is like having strep throat but, it takes a while to go away, other people could see it plain as day too, but you should go to the Dr.!!
By all means, get it checked out. The fact that they move around is a good sign that whatever it is, it's benign. I have an idea of what it could be, but giving medical advice over the internet isn't the smartest thing to do. I only told you about the moving around part so you wouldn't worry about it being cancer. That's the top thing on people's minds when they discover a lump.
