Any pain in your heel might signal a heel spur and you would also feel this in the arch of the foot. The fact your ankle hurts could be that the muscles are compensating for the lack of arch stability. These are only possibilities though, if you have strained the tendons in your foot, it may just be a matter of time before they heal.
Your orthotics (arch supports) might not be right for you and may need to be cast by a podiatrist.

See a podiatrist (or doctor for possible referral)

flat feet and a bad arch support thingy. if it is that after a while if u try to make a fist kinda with ur foot it ill tense up and have a spasm

There is a slight chance that it could be tendon irritation. I have a similar problem called posterior tibial tendon tenosynovitis. It can get very painful and you will notice a minor swelling of the arch area. It is much more common in people who are flat-footed. It could be fallen arches too. You should take a break for at least a week and see if it stops. If it hurts after running on it again, get it checked out by a doctor.

Dr.scholls remembering foot soles will help a lot.

Have you seen a podiatrist to confirm you dont have flat feet? Just because it dosnt look like it to you dosnt mean you dont! It could be a multitude of things, as someone else said a strain on the tendon, tight muscles, plantarfaciitis, abnormal pronation. You need to see a podiatrist to get a diagnosis. In the meantime rest as much as possible.
