Question: I sprained my ankle pretty bad like 2 weeks ago. I recently tried to walk on it again( very impatient person).
Yesterday as i hobbled from the bathroom to the livingroom i wanted to see again if i can put at least a little weight on it.
And my ankle rolled complety under me.No my ankle is swollen like an orange and i cant move it at all.Usually wi ould go to the doctor for something like that but im in England right now to watch my aunts house.I dont have no money to pay for it myself, and my american insurance wont cover outside the US.My question is,what can i do to help my ankle heel?

Well i do feel sorry for you, from one that's accident prone!!!
Being impatient has made your injury worse.
DO NOT WEIGHT BARE AT ALL.
You need to elevate your leg higher than your heart (hope that makes sense) to relieve and reduce swelling(inflammation) Once the swelling subsides don't be lulled into a false sense of security as there may be internal bruising and further soft tissue damage. You really do need to take time and rest this injury.I would say you could be looking at at least two weeks rest, you would get the same information from a&e. Also try cold packs to reduce swelling, so Rest, Rest Rest.
Hope you feel better soon as the injury will cause you boredom and irritability due to being restricted and layed up to coin a phrase.

also over the counter medication; anti inflammatory meds/creams will be of help.

...if it's swollen (and not broken)... ice it down as much as you can stand it... keep it elevated and get some sort of elastic bandage and stabilize it as much as possible... stay off it. The only thing that is going to heal your ankle is "time"... the more you stress it... the worse it's going to become... the more you rest it and stay off it, the better ti will heal... Aspirin to help with inflammation and "wine" to help your spirits...

get help with money, see a doctor! oh gosh, i can't imagine how painful it is, hope you get well soon

massage it regularly with hot water,i too had de same situation.after massage rest u r feet on a soft pillow.itll turn normal in a month or 2-3 weeks.
