Is it possible to get a Hickey (love bite) on your ear?!

I believe that it may be possible to get a hickey on your ear if it were to be sucked properly. Theoretically, if one were to create a vaccuum around the ear by fully encompassing a part in the mouth and then sucking for a prolonged period of time, a hickey should form.
Otherwise, I have no personal experience with ear hickeys. I know it is possible to get one on your forehead tho.
It's embarassing.
