I cant sleep!!! help!?!


Question: I cant sleep. is there some type of food that helps it 6:44 in the a.m. and I am tired but I cant get any z's

Try and do some simple exercises that will make you sweat,take a shower and you should be fine.It works for me.
Maybe hot chocolate will let you sleep but not sure but it's not really about what you eat,it's about your body and what's going on in your head.Sometimes we are so worried or excited about nothing.

Warm tea, and a warm shower.

Bowl of cereal

yes, Red Bull drink.

a warm glass of milk and some cookies ! :)

Watch the caffeine.

relax on the couch an hour before you want to go to sleep. Also a trick my grandma taught me is when you are in bed, just think of how relaxed your toes are, and once you feel them tingleing move up to foot and think the same thing. I did this and I could'ent get past my knees cause I feel asleep. Hope I could help, and happy sleeping!

Go to the supermarket and get some sleepy time tea from celestial seasonings, the one with the bears on the box, drink some before bed and it should help. It helps me when i cant sleep.. and its not something that you would get addicted to. A lot of medications and pills like tylenol pm can get you addicted. If that doesnt work, i suggest you see a doctor.
