Sore muscles?!
Question: I run or jog everyday, depending on my mood, and for about the past month, my legs have been really sore. Especially my thighs. Besides the obvious, stretching, how can I either prevent, or get rid of my sore muscles? I've tried heating pads, ice, all that, nothing seems to work. Normally, it wouldn't bother me, but it's getting to the point where it's just ,making me feel tired all the time, even if I'm not, if that makes sense?

On average, when one runs you exert the weight of an elephant on your bone. If you are jogging excessively, you should stop and take a break before continuting. Too much excercise is bad for you too you know.
The solution to your problem is to get quality shoes. Nike trainers offer the best comfort, but they come at a high price too. Another solution is to visit your local gym and try a treadmill. It's good for your knees and you can change how quick or slow you want to go at a press of a button.
I hope that helps

have someone rub them for you
Look the train of thought is to work out one part of your body one day and then rest it a day and work out another and then let it rest a day, my suspicion is that your over doing it a bit , try alternating days and workouts and you will see a difference.
