Help! my KNEE hurts like hell!!?!

Question: i was gonna take shower and i bend over to pick something up and when i bent over i felt this little pain on my knee....so then i just got up and took a shower.....when i got out i bent over again to pick up my clothes and it hurt like hell.....it only hurts when i put preasure on it or when i crotch down..what could it be?
